OTEL for OT: Margo x Otel Industrial

Hello All,
We had a great presentation from Lukasz Ciukaj and the OTEL for Industrial community, during our last TWG bi-weekly. It was a great intro call regarding integration of our two communities.

We have a common goal, consolidate and prescribe OTEL to be utilized within OT. Margo is specifically focused on vendor interoperability on the application and workload side of the equation, and we see OTEL as a key component to enable this ecosystem.

Hello all! It was great to meet everyone from Margo on the call. I mentioned at the end that I am a lead maintainer on an open source telemetry generation/simulation tool called Blitz. Industrial/IoT devices are on the roadmap, which I’m please to make public now:

Any help with this project would be appreciated, even if it is just contributing other protocols or data format specs that you would like to see included!
